Minimum Order
Each wholesale order requires a $75.00 minimum. Minimum quantity of three (3) items must be obersved.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of your first order. Beauty Naturally, Inc. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Checks, and Money Orders. Sorry, A credit application form will be sent to you, when requested.
Returned Checks
Any returned check will incur a $25.00 fee. No exceptions. We reserve the right not to ship an order if previous order(s) have not been paid in full.
Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Actual shipping costs will be added to the invoice. Packages being shipped Internationally will be charged actual shipping cost for handling and must be paid with U.S. currency, Visa or MasterCard.
Damage Shipments
If you receive damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 5 working days. As soon as we are notified, we will be happy to re-ship your product. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. It is also important that you keep the damaged box and all contents for inspection to prove your claim. UPS and Federal Express must have this in order to approve a damage claim.
Return Policy For Unused Items
Items may be returned within 60 days following our shipping date. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed. Return shipping will be paid by customer. A return authorization number must accompany all returns.
